    Description

    Our client is a leading event services company dedicated to providing full-service solutions that leverage over 90 years of event management knowledge and experience to create moments that matter. As they continue to grow and expand our presence in the market, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Marketing Director to lead the marketing team and drive their business-to-business (B2B) marketing strategies forward.

    This hybrid role located in Dallas requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in driving measurable results.

    What you will do:

    • Development: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within the B2B segment. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies.
    • Research: Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
    • Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, events, and traditional marketing channels. This includes brand and line of business messaging to ensure consistency and enhance awareness.
    • Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of all marketing efforts and business goals.
    • Media Strategy: Define the social media strategy ensuring innovation across all channels, driving engagement and growth goals.
    • Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    What you bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
    • Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, including lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and customer lifecycle management.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and developing a high-performing marketing team.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technology tools.
