    Job Summary

    Westcliff is seeking an International Outreach Representative to support the International Outreach department. The successful candidate will assist the Director of Outreach in managing international student outreach for the university.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responding to phone and web generated inquiries from prospective students and guide them through the admissions process
    • Contacting prospects via outbound dialing, qualifying potential applicants
    • Conducting initial applicant interviews and follow up phone meetings with prospective students
    • Directing and supporting applicants through the online and in-person admissions process
    • Developing general marketing campaigns
    • Visiting local businesses to establish partnerships and promote programs
    • Attending job, career, and college fairs to generate leads and promote brand awareness by providing information about the programs, curriculum, and community involvement to prospective students
    Requirements

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
    • Computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred
    • Data processing, reporting skills, and confidentiality
    • Strong follow up, organization skills, exceptional time-management, and problem solving
    • Must be able to work with a team and also independently
    • Flexible hours to accommodate international time differences
    • Access to a personal vehicle for transportation to and from businesses or events
    Education and Experience
    • Associate's degree equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 1+ years in customer service, sales, marketing, recruiting, or community outreach
    • Must possess excellent communication skills, and should be passionate, self-motivated, professional, personable, and goal-driven.
    • Demonstrating consultative sales aptitude.
