    Description
    Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to drive business strategies optimize processes and pinpoint areas of improvement or opportunity. Meet with decision makers systems owners and end users to document business process. Work to analyze the business process across multiple departments and sites.

    Research review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.

    Communicate process changes enhancements and modifications verbally or through written documentation to management operational employees and other affected by the process so that issues and solutions are understood.

    Requirement Experience with software used to visually model processes. Experience working with Business users to model their business process. Experience working with IT and systems to model system processes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced high pressure environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in decentralized team and communicate using virtual communications tools. Self-starter that does not need to wait for instructions; takes actions to achieve goals; proactive.
