Description

A Business analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements for our software development teams.

• Collect business requirements from business stakeholders using appropriate elicitation techniques.
• Analyse business requirements, confirm its completeness and consistency, and identify crossfunctional, regional, and organizational impact and interdependencies.
• Support the analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Communicates technical and business specifications, operational impact, and continuous improvement of our products.
• Creates and maintains business and product artifacts, including requirements, business case documentation, scope documentation, process flows, and business rules and procedures
• Work directly with the business unit requesting the system change in order to develop, write, and provide accurate user stories.

• Bachelors or Master's degree
• 01 year of experience
• Must be a good leader, work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
