- Collaborate with Operations to create and implement a talent acquisition strategy for identifying internal and external talent.
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
- Complete phone interviews, schedule on-site interviews, process on-site interviews, track the hiring process, and assist with the development of new recruiting processes and tools
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, and using job sites.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants and consistent set of qualifications.
- Manage and administer application process including screening, paperwork, relevant testing, reference checking, background/credit checks, company systems, and recordkeeping, in compliance with EEO standards and company expectations.
- Attract qualified candidates by posting fliers, networking through the community, and attending job fairs.
- Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
- React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
- Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
- Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers
- Perform additional duties as required by management
- Knowledge of candidate selection method
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate database is a plus.

Salary Range: Up to $18.00 hourly + benefits
