    In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executive compelling website, social media, and email marketing content and developing strategic marketing plans to engage different audiences, including agents, clients, and homebuyers. This position requires a strong blend of creativity, execution, and strategy, along with managing the brand's database.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement digital marketing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement digital marketing initiatives that align with the company's overall objectives and target audience.


    • Social media management. Manage the company's social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) and develop engaging content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for increased visibility.


    • Attend agent property tours and company events to capture and develop content with an emphasis on video.


    • Assist with the creative process of corporate content and campaigns related to real estate, winning new clients and new listings, agent promotion, lifestyle trends, real estate trends, local events, and more.


    • Assist head of content with the CEO and President's social media content and strategy across different platforms.


    • Provide original copywriting, source images, and work with other team members to ensure all content aligns with the brand's mission.


    • Coordinate with other team members within the marketing department to ensure that marketing efforts are being leveraged effectively. Write briefs and relay project specs to the design team to support content creation.


    • Analytics and reporting. Monitor and analyze digital marketing efforts, website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation metrics. Prepare regular reports to evaluate performance and make data-driven recommendations for future strategies.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    Website, social media digital marketing experience.

    -Email marketing experience.

    -Experience managing brand image.

    -Database management experience.

    -Content creation experience.

    -Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

    Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.

    Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques, social media marketing, and online tools.

    Preferably proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.

    Experience creating a content calendar to schedule, organize, and get senior leadership approval on content in a timely manner.

    Creativity and passion for highly engaging digital content that drives engagement, following and sales including video, email, and social media.

    Excellent grammar and communication skills with attention to detail.

    Video editing skills. - Copywriting skills and engaging captions.

    Reporting and metric analytics.

    Paid social media advertising.

    Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.

    Highly self-motivated and self-driven.

    3+ years' experience as a marketing professional skilled at creating, managing, and continually optimizing all marketing campaigns.

    Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro are a plus but not required.

    Skills in Adobe After Effects are a plus but not required.

    You are a self-starter that enjoys adapting your role to the company's needs. You enjoy building processes and structure and are proactive enough to bring solutions to senior leadership.

    Travel necessary, must have reliable transportation.
