    Job Description:
    We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Strategist to join our team.

    As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our online presence and achieve our marketing goals.

    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, monitor social media activity, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
    Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    Manage social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends.
    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends.

    Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

    Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to continually improve performance.
    Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on social media performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
    Stay informed about relevant industry news, trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.


    Qualifications:
    In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

    Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.

    Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
