R&D Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Development of solventbased and waterdilutable metallic basecoats for coating aluminum wheels based on color samples and customer references
Conducting color measurements and visual assessments
Support in the development of new solventbased and waterdilutable systems (basecoats, clearcoats, corrosion protection primers) as well as the improvement of existing systems
Raw material research, screenings, and tests for suitability and potential use in new developments and existing systems
Recipe creation/management
Creation and forwarding of data sheets (safety and technical data sheets
