Job Description:


  • As part of the ICS evidence office, you will play a key role in implementing and further developing the methodology for managing processrelated risks and associated controls.
  • As an expert in processrelated ICS, you will support colleagues in the specialist departments in the proper assessment of risks and the design of appropriate controls.
  • With your crossprocess perspective, you will identify potential for methodological advancements and improvements in practical implementation. Following our motto "Together we can achieve more", you actively contribute your ideas and drive implementation within the team.
  • You share your knowledge with all colleagues in the bank and lead trainings and presentations on the topic of ICS. You establish yourself as a competent contact person for processrelated ICS and manage interfaces with key stakeholders.
  • You coordinate the Risk & Control Self Assessment and conduct quality assurance of the results. This makes you an important player in monitoring the adequacy and effectiveness of the bank's ICS.
  • You prepare the insights from the management and monitoring of ICS with your colleagues for reporting to senior management.
  • You take responsibility for the implementation of projects related to processrelated ICS and independently implement partial aspects.

Your Profile:


  • You have successfully completed a (university) degree (e.g. in economics, law).
  • You have extensive experience in risk management or control, particularly operational risks or auditing/monitoring activities in a 2nd or 3rd line of defense.
