Job Description

This is what your role looks like with us:

  • The goal of your position is to position Artemed as a future-proof, modern and attractive employer and partner in a highly competitive market as part of a successful employer branding strategy.
  • In direct exchange with our corporate management and in collaboration with our heads of personnel, communication and the Artemed Academy, you will creatively develop short, medium and longterm recruiting strategies for our facilities.
  • With the necessary handson mentality, you will build a team and the structures needed for the effective and sustainable implementation of the developed recruiting measures.
  • You set the standards for the application process from initial contact to onboarding in our clinics.
  • You coordinate and manage recruiting for the acquisition of nursing staff from abroad and also handle all administrative and bureaucratic matters in this regard.
Qualifications

This is how we imagine you:

  • Completed degree, preferably in business administration, (business) psychology, communication, personnel, health economics, nursing
