Human Resources Clerk Lufthansa (m/f/diverse)

Your tasks:
Working as a clerk in the field of human resources at Lufthansa Technik with the following main tasks (m/f/diverse):
- Support tasks (personnel and social) in the assigned area
- Preparation of works council documents for personnel measures
- Maintenance of organizational and personnel data
- Preparation of personnel data in the form of standard statistics and reports
- Administrative tasks within the department or team
- Handling of special tasks and participation in projects
- Preparation and creation of concepts and presentations
Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office clerk, industrial clerk, personnel specialist or equivalent (m/f/diverse)
- Current professional experience as a clerk in human resources (m/f/diverse)
- Good knowledge of business fundamentals and connections
- Good German and English skills
- Very good IT skills, preferably knowledge of specific HR software (SAP HR)
- Reliability, teamwork, initiative
- Independent, structured and resultsoriented work style
- Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Good communication
