Description
Your Responsibilities:
- You are our central point of contact for guest feedback and complaints from all stores.
- Your main concern is to satisfy our guests and turn a negative experience into a positive one.
- You will work with a customer service tool that consolidates inquiries and complaints from various channels.
- You will regularly analyze guest feedback and create reports for all stakeholders.
- You will work closely with other departments to drive improvements.
Your Profile:
- You have completed a degree in business administration or a related field.
- Ideally, you have previous experience in customer service.
- You have a customer and serviceoriented mindset, are able to handle stress, and work in a solutionoriented manner.
- You have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- You have fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, and knowledge of English would be beneficial.
- Previous experience with a customer service software is desirable.
