Your Responsibilities:


  • You are our central point of contact for guest feedback and complaints from all stores.
  • Your main concern is to satisfy our guests and turn a negative experience into a positive one.
  • You will work with a customer service tool that consolidates inquiries and complaints from various channels.
  • You will regularly analyze guest feedback and create reports for all stakeholders.
  • You will work closely with other departments to drive improvements.

Your Profile:


  • You have completed a degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in customer service.
  • You have a customer and serviceoriented mindset, are able to handle stress, and work in a solutionoriented manner.
  • You have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • You have fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, and knowledge of English would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience with a customer service software is desirable.
