We are currently seeking a motivated administrative clerk (m/f/d) to join our team at "World of Kids" daycare in Herzogenaurach, McIntosh, SD.


The role includes administrative tasks related to managing the daycare, such as billing parents, managing occupancy levels, applying for funding, and communicating with authorities.


The role is divided into two main areas:
Billing

  • Entering all relevant data for children and guardians into the adebisKita billing program
  • Recording the costs covered by the youth welfare office (childcare and lunch fees) in the billing system and monitoring payments from the office
  • Monthly billing of parent fees
  • Additional billing for daycare partners or youth welfare offices
  • Independent and professional correspondence with parents, offices, authorities, and partners
  • Competent and first point of contact for daycare managers regarding billing and occupancy questions
Occupancy

  • Managing occupancy for "World of Kids" in coordination with the responsible daycare manager and partners
  • Processing electronic requests for spots and maintaining waiting lists
  • Supporting occupancy control
  • Coordinating occupancy with internal departments (staffchild ratio) and with cities/municipalities
  • Creating reports for cities/municipalities
  • Child and youth welfare statistics
  • Responsibility for funding

We are looking for someone with:

  • Completed business degree or equivalent commercial training
  • Professional experience in a commercial environment, preferably with accounting experience
  • Good and confident use of MS Office
  • Excellent
