    Description
    Email and phone communication with current/prospective clients.
    Review service tickets and identify opportunities for follow up work or service repair estimates.

    Prepare and deliver service estimates to customers based on findings during service ticket reviews or technician requisition for proposal forms.

    Generate accurate service proposals for customer.
    This position requires NO cold calling; it is relationship-based sales.
    Discuss issues/concerns with Sales/Service team to get quick resolution.
    Following up with clients on work being done, or upcoming work.
    Support customers in all aspects in order to maintain a sustainable, long-term business relationship.
    This is a 100% in office role, no outside sales. Sell on the leads that come to you
    2 to 5 years of inside sales experience in commercial HVAC a plus
    Detail oriented and able to work under pressure to efficiently meet specific deadlines.
    Strong desire to serve and please the customer
    Thrives in building relationships and providing great customer service
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Knowledge of applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must
    Ideal candidate is focused, task oriented, can think critically, is well organized, and highly dependable
    Strong mathematical skills
    Colorado Mechanical Systems, LLC (CMS) is privately owned and operated in Centennial, Colorado.

    CMS provides commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and plumbing services across the Colorado Front Range, including Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Denver, Boulder and Fort Collins.
