At our location in Kehl, we are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our management team.

We are looking for a Deputy Branch Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Kehl.

It is planned that you will develop into the Branch Manager (m/f/d) in this position and take on the responsible management and organization of our branch, as well as the control of all operational processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will lead the commercial and industrial employees, including personnel planning and development
You will also manage our dispatch team
You will ensure the efficient and smooth handling of all transport orders, as well as the procurement of freight services
You will always monitor compliance with quality standards and legal regulations
You will control costs and budgets and develop optimization potential
You will ensure the continuous expansion and maintenance of customer relationships


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
You have completed training or a degree in logistics or freight forwarding (e.g. freight forwarding and logistics specialist, logistics specialist, freight transport specialist, transport/logistics business economist, logistics master, supply chain manager (m/f/d))
You also have several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the freight forwarding industry
You have experience in leadership and strong communication skills
You have good knowledge of common MS Office applications and industry-specific software
High customer orientation, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking are among your strengths
Good English skills, both written and spoken
