Our client in North Clarendon, VT is seeking employees (M/F/d) who can maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.

You have the ability to calm down callers who may be upset or confused due to an emergency and gather important information through targeted questions.

After thorough training, you will be able to take appropriate action and inform necessary contacts according to the situation. You will strictly follow established processes to ensure a smooth resolution of the customer's emergency.


Typical tasks include:


  • Handling alarm and error messages
  • Managing emergency calls for elevators
  • Responding to inquiries from technicians about the situation
  • Recording error messages and notifying technicians, doctors, fire department, or other helpers
  • Working in a customer support/service environment

Do you have what it takes?:

  • Ability to handle high-stress situations
  • Availability for shift work
  • Fluency in either Danish or Finnish
