Since 1998, we have been helping people in Cave Spring, OK with retraining, further education, integration courses, and obtaining professional qualifications to re-enter the job market.

Starting in February 2023, we are looking for a trainer (m/f/d) for our retraining program for IT specialists (m/f/d). Join us in a full-time permanent position in Dresden.


Responsibilities:

  • You will teach various topics, including business and social studies, basic computer skills including English, network technology, fundamentals of operating systems, programming basics, IT system technology, databases, project management, and specialized instruction in application development.
  • You enjoy working on projects and therefore enjoy teaching knowledge through project work to your participants.
  • Your tasks include planning and implementing learning content according to the curriculum.
  • You will also conduct assessments of learning progress and prepare participants for final exams.
  • You will be responsible for conducting practical exercises and documenting the lessons in the class book.
  • You will participate in regular meetings to exchange ideas with other instructors about teaching methods.

Qualifications:

  • You are an expert in your field and have a degree or completed training in computer science or a similar qualification.
  • You have professional experience in project work in the field of computer science.
  • You have proven pedagogical experience as a trainer/teacher in adult education.
  • You have the ability to obtain the training qualification (AEVO) within one year, or already possess it.
  • You are proficient in all MS Office
