We are looking for
full-time support for our team in Neu-Ulm as soon as possible in the
position of Accounting Clerk (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Processing, coding, and payment of creditor invoices
Preparation of accounting documents for the tax office, communication with our contacts, and clarification of inquiries
Reconciliation of creditor, debtor, and general ledger accounts
Written and telephone communication with customers and suppliers
Processing incoming mail and filing
General administrative tasks (e.g. invoice verification).

Your profile:

Completed commercial training (e.g. office management clerk)
Experience in accounting
Very proficient in IT applications, especially excellent Microsoft Office skills
Familiarity with common communication tools
Independent and conscientious work ethic
High motivation, commitment, teamwork, initiative, and flexibility.
