We are currently seeking a team member to join our team at our location in Halbergmoos near Munich as an Import Air Freight Clerk.


Responsibilities:

  • Processing import orders and handling customs clearance
  • Preparing delivery documents (delivery notes, etc.)
  • Tracking arrival of import shipments (airline tracking)
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Handling damage claims
  • Processing complaints
  • Communicating with our global branches
  • Handling dangerous goods and issuing ADR documents

Qualifications:

  • Education in the commercial field with a focus on logistics / freight forwarding
  • Previous operational experience in an import team for air freight
  • Accurate preparation of documents
  • Serviceoriented thinking and acting with selfmotivation and perseverance
  • Good organizational skills and willingness to coordinate within a team
  • Good language skills in German and willingness to improve English skills
