We promote an environment that is fun, energetic, and supportiveOur growing company is looking for a Retention Specialist to support our sales division where you will be the backbone for our high-performance sales team Candidates must be professional and excel in a fast-paced work environment while effectively multi-tasking and efficiently handling various prioritiesDutiesEngage in inbound and outbound calls with NCH customers who are considering a change in their services or renewing their servicesCollaborate with sales and customer service management on ideas and tactics to win customers backRespond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely mannerAnalyze customer feedback and develop customer retentionExplain our products and services and the benefits that come with themQualifications:Excellent customer serviceAbility to utilize Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

    Interpersonal skills and detail-orientedProfessional demeanor and conductProblem solving skill sets, be strategic and diplomaticTeam oriented and able to build positive relationships with customersAbility to handle rejectionAchieve and exceed individual targetsBasic computer knowledge, including data entry into CRMFamiliarity with multi-line phonesAbility to work onsite Monday through Friday 8am to 5pmAwesome Benefits Include:
    $31,200 Base Salary + Commissions, Spiffs, and BonusesPrimary schedule is from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday work.
