    We are looking to hire a skilled Bookkeeping & IT Professional to join our team and support our business.

    The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience as well as real estate administration experience.

    Technical and IT support can be trained, but greater consideration will be given to those responsible for managing IT as well Utilizing real estate software to manage financial transactions, including posting checks and wires, preparing wire transfers, and reconciling monthly bank statements.

    Coordinating administrative tasks related to real estate transactions, such as preparing Escrow Deposit Receipt Verification forms and maintaining a shared Outlook calendar.

    Managing financial documentation, including filing 1099S forms, handling title premium policy funds, and processing invoices and UPS statements.

    Coordinating IT needs for the Naples office, including placing service calls, arranging repairs, and setting up virtual meetings in conference rooms.

    Assisting with workstation setup and relocation as required.
    Additional tasks and projects as needed.
    5+ years of bookkeeping experience
    Previous experience in bookkeeping or real estate administration is preferred.
    Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential.
