    Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Glass and Glazing

    Location: Raleigh, NC - Onsite Position

    Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the glass and glazing industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing commercial storefront, curtain wall, and high/mid-rise projects ranging from small-scale to multimillion-dollar values. This is an onsite position based in Raleigh, NC, offering a competitive salary and excellent growth opportunities within our esteemed company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage all aspects of glass and glazing projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to effectively plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
    • Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement to optimize efficiency and productivity.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
    • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the glass and glazing industry, with a focus on commercial storefront, curtain wall, and high/mid-rise projects.
    • Strong knowledge of glass and glazing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
    • Proven track record of success in managing projects of varying sizes and complexities, with values ranging from small-scale to multimillion dollars.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
