    Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of our operations. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

    Responsibilities:

    -First contact for water damage mitigation/emergency calls

    -Manage mitigation projects and corresponding technicians

    -Ability to learn or continue learning Xactimate software for sketching losses and billing mitigation invoices

    -Liaise with insurance adjusters to get invoices paid; manage/send documents such as work authorizations, W9's, drying logs, etc.

    -Oversee warehouse upkeep, waste management, and department's inventory stocking

    -Willingness to continue learning more skills in the industry such as reconstruction side hands on and estimating

    -Experienced in handling/moving customer's furniture/contents

    -IICRC certification (WRT)

    Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support

    Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity

    Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes

    Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

    Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration

    Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

    Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations

    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in a managerial role within the restoration industry is highly preferred

    Strong knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and other related processes

    Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in the industry

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

    Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

    Pay: $65, $85,000.00 per hour
