I have 30 yrs in IT which means I have done it all from software development, to design, to enterprise architecture, to data modeling, to analytics, to devops.  I have watched the industry advance and change and grow and I have grown with it. I can write scripts, applications, and services.  I am fluent in yaml and json with multiple dialects ;)

 I am a natural leader. I have been a mentor for many years to several jr IT persons who have gone on to do amazing things using the skills that I was able to help them acquire.  I keep up with new tech with passion.  I have a unique ability to tailor my communication of technical subject to both laymen and non-laymen.  I only use my geek speak when necessary.  I do enjoy video calls where everyone is on camera. It truly helps build confidence in that working relationship where trust is vital.
