    Contracts Administrator - Arlington, United States - iTech AG

    Description

    OVERVIEW
    iTech AG is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Administrator to support our organization's contract management operations. This role involves overseeing the administration of federal and state contracts, ensuring compliance, and managing the entire contract lifecycle.

    The ideal candidate will have a robust background in contract administration within the IT and government sectors, with a strong focus on efficiently maintaining contract integrity and fostering excellent stakeholder relationships.


    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Ensure all contracts meet company and legal standards. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts to align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

    Collaborate closely with management to enhance the efficiency of the contract creation and approval processes, ensuring that all contracts are processed smoothly and efficiently.

    Manage and finalize contract renewals and terminations, reducing risks and maintaining continuity within the organization.

    Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any contract-related issues, whether they arise internally or with external stakeholders.

    Perform other duties as assigned.


    QUALIFICATIONS
    At least 3 years of experience in contracts administration with a focus on government contracts.
    In-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and relevant state contracting requirements.
    Strong analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


    EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
