    As the Director of Marketing, this critical position involves managing multifaceted all Marketing and Marcom activities, stakeholders and employees.

    Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning marketing strategies with the organization's overarching goals and objectives, fostering an environment where innovation thrives.

    You will have advanced knowledge in all online and cyber tools to help build and externalize the brand.


    Additional focus will be pivotal in building, expanding, and leading a highly effective team, complemented by external resources, to prepare top-quality programs and initiatives.

    You will proactively seek out innovative marketing tactics that align with and advance the company's strategic objectives, making changes as necessary.

    Collaborating closely with the President, you'll play a crucial role in defining the strategy, developing clear and actionable tactics to achieve these strategic goals.

    Competitive salary range of $132K - $142K USD

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes digital, traditional, and direct marketing efforts.

    Brand Management:
    Enhance brand awareness and position across all channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and image.

    Team Management:
    Lead, motivate, and mentor all stakeholders to achieve superior performance. Establish clear goals and KPIs aligned with the company's objectives.

    Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities. Use data to inform decisions and strategy adjustments.

    Campaign Management:
    Design and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns that effectively convey our value proposition to targeted audiences.

    Digital Marketing:
    Leverage digital channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to enhance visibility and lead generation.

    Budget Management:
    Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product management, IT, etc.) and external partners to align strategies and drive business results.


    Performance Metrics:

    Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, pivoting as necessary to align with business goals.


    Customer Relationship Management:
    Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

    Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the electronics or related industry.

    Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
    Strong understanding of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms.
    Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
    Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
    Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.

    Ideal candidate will also have:
    Experience with FPGA's SOC's and the electronics industry.
    Experience with global markets and business, especially Japanese markets.
    Experience with both video, imaging and networking technologies.
    Experience with both hardware and software product definition.
