- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
- Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and participants to coordinate logistics and ensure all requirements are met.
- Set up and dismantle event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
- Provide on-site support during events, including managing registrations, directing attendees, and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Assist with post-event activities, such as gathering feedback and evaluating event success.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software.
