Overview:
Supports and assists the Clinical Director in the operations, supervision and management of the Day Treatment program. Provides a safe and effective learning environment for children in accordance with the philosophy and mission of Behaven Kids.

Essential Duties:
Assists Program Director in supervising the implementation of the Behaven Kids model of care.
Supervises and monitors direct care staff, service delivery, and program activities to ensure quality and consistency.
Identifies, monitors, and implements treatment goals and objectives.
Supervises and assists in identifying, monitoring, and implementing treatment goals and objectives.
Provides a safe, structured learning environment.
Interacts with children in a professional, positive manner.
Creates atmosphere of enthusiasm and commitment.
Communicates effectively with parents, peers, and supervisor.
Prepares, updates and maintains documentation and children's records.
Ensure compliance with state licensing, health department, Behaven Kids policies and procedures, and fire and safety regulations.
Supervises and monitors direct care staff, service delivery, and program activities to ensure quality and consistency.
Provides orientation, training and development opportunities for staff.
Supervises the implementation of the Behave'n model of care.
Carries out duties of Clinical Director in his/her absence.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
High School degree (required)

Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, psychology, human services or related field (preferred).
Proven leadership experience.

A combination of education and experience might be accepted as a substitute for bachelor's degree.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in active environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Part time slots:
Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

OR
Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:00 pm
Compensation
$18 to $22
