- Build relationships with Omaha Public Schools and community/church representatives.
- Coordinate counseling services effectively as per obligations.
- Manage counseling and education sites.
- Conduct informative meetings and address feedback.
- Recruit, train, and oversee staff.
- Provide operational and clinical supervision.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies.
- Attend meetings to support the program's goals.
- Act as Program Manager when needed.
- Maintain mental health practitioner license.
- Perform additional duties including counseling services and classes.
- Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

- Master's degree in counseling or related field.
- Nebraska Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP/LICSW).
- Valid driver's license and DMV screening.
