CTG is seeking Healthcare Data Validation Analysts for our client in the Memphis, TN area.
The client is moving to a new EHR, and in preparation for this implementation, will be performing data cleanup and merging duplicate records stored in disparate systems.
The Data Validation Analyst will manually review records identified as potential duplicates in these various applications to verify as distinct records or confirm the need to merge.
Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and demonstrated commitment to privacy, security, and confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) is required.
Prior experience working with medical records including HIM and EMPI required.Requirements:
Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is required. Prefer a background in Medical Records / Health Information Management, with proficiency in navigating EMRs / EHRs.
Preference is given to applicants with experience using Cerner Millennium, eClinicalWorks (eCW), Allscripts Touchworks, or any combination of these applications.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and clearly communicate Able to work independently and collaborate with team members as needed to complete assigned tasks Quick learner with strong organizational skills with accurate attention to detail The expected base salary for this position ranges from $20-$30 an hour.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
