    Murray Law Group is seeking a legal support specialist for its Tampa office.

    ALL INQUIRIES WILL BE HELD IN STRICTEST CONFIDENCE

    Responsible for Office Management and Assisting attorneys and paralegals in a support capacity.

    Responsibilities

    Answer incoming calls / Case Intake

    Process incoming mail / outgoing mail

    Assist team with but not limited to drafting, scheduling and confirming appointments

    In addition to

    · Provide customer service to potential and existing firm clients

    · Work closely with a lead attorney and paralegal

    · Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling calendar hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, and managing logistics

    · Lead in maintaining pleadings and discovery for electronic filing systems

    · Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow

    · Collect, examine, and organize evidence and documents for attorney review

    · Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents, such as pleadings and contracts

    · Provide general administrative assistance to office management

    Skills & Experience

    · Strong written and verbal communication skills

    · Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

    · Strong organizational skills

    · Positive and proactive attitude

    · Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); comfort with technology and ability to learn new software and applications

    · Maintain confidentiality dealing with sensitive information and client matters

    EDUCATION & TRAINING

    • High School Diploma or GED

    Experience
    · Prior experience working in an office setting and dealing with clients required. Law firm experience preferred.
