Lighthouse Marketing and Solutions is seeking empathetic and resourceful individuals to join our team as Health Support Specialists.

In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with navigating their health insurance coverage, resolving inquiries, and providing support to ensure they have a positive experience with our services.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their health insurance inquiries, including coverage details, claims, and policy information.
  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance benefits, eligibility criteria, and outofpocket expenses.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to clients in selecting appropriate healthcare plans based on their needs and budget.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problemsolve in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of health insurance terminology, policies, and procedures is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.

$100, $150,000.00 per year

  • Tampa, FL: Relocate before starting work (required)
