Job Summary
J.W. Cole Financial is seeking a highly motivated innovative professional to join our Sales Support Team.

The Sales Support Specialist will utilize their experience and training to provide skilled administrative back-office support, electronic documents processing, and efficient, accurate and timely account opening.

The Specialist plays a key role in being a "go-to" team member for our Financial Advisors and Branch Assistants in the field.

The Sales Support Specialist's primary role is to act as the branch office advocate in the resolution of complex problems and issues.

They will team with the other Sale Support Specialists in supporting our Relationship Manager/Sales Supervisor Principals.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a FINRA licensed Sales Supervisor Principals supporting a specific region of Financial Professionals.
  • Build solid, effective working relationship with others.
  • Act as branch advocate and liaison in complex problem resolution.
  • Reach out to Financial Professionals and their branch support staff on new firm policies and procedures, and happenings at the firm.
  • Answer, triage, and route incoming calls from our Financial Professionals (requires a high degree of understanding of the overall firm innerworkings, outside departmental responsibilities, and how the company all ties together).
  • Coach and train branch office personnel in account document requirements and electronic workflow processes over the phone, through webinar, or inperson.
  • Understand the complex document requirements for different types of transactions, nuances of additional disclosure requirements, and rationale behind such requirements.
  • Provide training and support of interoffice technologies over the phone, through webinar, or inperson.
  • Promote team cohesiveness, cooperation, and effectiveness.

  • Comfortable answering and communicating over the phone and facetoface with Financial Professionals and their staff

Education & Training

  • 2+ years' experience in sales support or highly skilled administrative role
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree, or combination of education and experience

Pay:
$40, $45,000.00 per year
