Job Summary:
To be the primary liaison between the sales and service teams and resources both internally and externally.
The focus will be on sales and client retention with a heavy emphasis on training our teams, supporting region and corporate strategies and initiatives, and researching new tools, client presentations and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Know and train staff on tools resources, products, carriers, and client implementations.
Research and vet any services or vendors new to the organization that clients require. Maintain sales collaterals for all products and services necessary. Assist the organization with large or customized client presentations. Work with producers in other segments to assist them in identifying and creating cross sale opportunities. Onboard new team members on the Acrisure service platform and tools. Helps to onboard newly acquired firms on the same. Direct client communications each month as necessary. Implement and coordinate with the national team on new strategies and services throughout the region. Assist with Life and Disability sales through training and education
Requirements:
Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office suite, Canva or other presentation tools Employee benefits knowledge Some travel required Good technology skills and content creation Education/Experience:
- 4 Year degree preferred
