    THE COMPANY

    ES Broadcast and Broadcast Hire are industry leaders in the i) the sale of professional broadcast solutions from simply the sale of leading brand equipment to full turn-key solutions including the scoping, designing and installation of equipment into integrated existing and future workflows, and ii) hire of HD and 4K lenses, camera channels, tripods and other equipment you need for live production. The US Company, ES Broadcast, Inc is a subsidiary of ES Media Group, a UK based provider of such services and also the hire of audio/visual equipment to the film and tv industry and a content services business based in the UK/Europe as well as US. These operations have been launched in 2019, with a current physical base in Florida, but with the expectation to significantly grow our business further in the US.

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    The Broadcast industry is a cutting-edge technical industry and ES Broadcast is at the vanguard of this technology. ES Broadcast is a dynamic and rapidly growing SME in the broadcast industry. Within the group, our Systems Integration business is a key driver of growth.

    The Business Development Manager - Systems Integration will be responsible for promoting the Systems business and its products to new potential markets and customers. This role will find, approach and develop new customers for ES Systems and well as working with other Business Development specialists within the group.

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    The ideal candidate will project excellent Interpersonal skills with a positive, confident and determined approach to securing new customers for the ESB Systems Integration business. As this is a fast-paced dynamic environment you will enjoy working under pressure in competitive and collaborative workplace. To work both independently and as part of a team while displaying high degree of self-motivation and ambition to work autonomously at times.

    KEY COMPETENCIES

    The Business Development Manager - Systems Integration will be:

    • Performance and results oriented. Focused on delivering new customers to our Group
    • Have a demonstrable recent history of delivering on targets (both financial and non-financial)
    • Credible, Industry recognised in the Systems Integration domain from either a Sales or Business Development role
    • Highly proficient at internal & external stakeholder engagement
    • Skilled at presenting to all levels of business
    • Experienced in the Sport &/or Live Production segment of the broadcast technologies industry in the North American market
    • Knowledge of and contacts in the market players and capable of building the ES Broadcast brand across those players
    • Proficient at developing Bus Dev. oriented 'Go to Market' and Strategic Account Plans

    DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Research and identify new business opportunities across the SI division
    • Work to generate leads and contact prospective customers
    • Attend shows and events to foster new and existing relationships
    • Re-engage and nurture dormant accounts
    • Nurture new accounts to a level of consistency for our SI Proposals team to take over
    • Achieve a good understanding of the company's products and services to be able to advise customers about them
    • Work with Sales and Marketing team to design and drive campaigns
    • Build pipeline for the SI business
    • Research and identify opportunities for new partnerships
    • Keep up to date with existing and emerging technologies
    • Preparing financial projections and targets
    • Participating in sales & SI meetings
    • Producing reports for management
