Subsequently, we will provide you with training and tools essential for a managerial role.**Key Qualifications*** Seeking bilingual professionals proficient in Spanish and/or Portuguese, dedicated to making a positive impact on the financial well-being of individuals, families, and small businesses within the Latino community.* Ideal candidates possess either sales or managerial experience in another field, have prior experience in business ownership, or hold an MBA or equivalent degree.In the Accelerated Path to Management Program tailored for the Latino Market in Winter Garden, FL, US, you will commence as a financial professional. Here, you will master the art of selling our products, nurturing client relationships, and fulfilling specific criteria before transitioning into a management position. Following this, you will undergo an intensive six-month training program meticulously crafted to prepare you for managerial success. This experience will enable you to grasp the intricacies of recruiting and coaching others towards achievement.**Benefits*** **First-Year Exposure**: Gain firsthand insight into the role and daily responsibilities of a financial professional during your initial year at New York Life. Additionally, access resources crucial for your daily success along with expert support and a suite of digital tools for sales, culturally relevant prospecting, and marketing.* **Product Knowledge**: Acquire knowledge about our diverse products and services designed to help clients achieve their financial objectives. New York Life, along with its subsidiaries, offers competitive insurance and financial products such as life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products like mutual funds through NYLIFE Securities LLC (a FINRA and SIPC member), a Licensed Insurance Agency. Securities licenses, FINRA registrations, and affiliation with NYLIFE Securities as a registered representative will be necessary before offering investment products.Compensation:

    $60,000 - $150,000 Based Plus Overwrites

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and build a team of financial professionals after meeting specific requirements for the first 12 months as a financial professional.
    • Enter a specialized six-month Associate Partner training program to prepare for a transition into a management role.
    • Have opportunities for growth and promotion to increasingly senior levels of management within New York Life.
    Qualifications:
    • New York Life is offering a compensation package that includes commission-based income for financial professionals and a salary range of $60,000–$150,000 for Associate Partners in Winter Garden, FL.
    • Associate Partners are also eligible for bonuses, incentives based on performance, medical, dental, vision benefits, life insurance, disability coverage, pension plan, and a 401(k) savings plan.
    • The average income among New York Life recruiters in 2022 was $240,000, showcasing the income potential for successful individuals.
