About the Position:
We are looking for a high-performing regional Sales Manager with a proven track record of building a world-class sales organization.
He or she will lead the Regional Sales Team by implementing continuing education and training in sales practices and techniques, features and benefits of our current products, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.
Requirements :
Minimum 8 years experience
Ability to write a sales plan for the territory year to year
Successfully position products against competitors
Articulate distinct aspects of the products and services
develop Regional Teams. Comfortable hiring and training
Must be based in Pacific or Mountain time zones
Expected Travel between 25-45%
