- Assist in relationship management for Tier 1 liquidity provider partners – engaging with issuer relationship managers, ETF / portfolio, delta one, securities financing, and fixed income sales and trading desks
- Drive support for SPDR ETFs in the form of new product seed capital, liquidity provision, and distribution
- Increase the use of SPDR ETFs on various trading desks at banks
- Assist in expansion of coverage to Tier 2 liquiity providers to obtain capital commitment / liquidity in SPDR ETFs
- Assist in projects and working groups, both internal and external, involving the Capital Markets Group
- Develop ETF Capital Markets thought leadership on market quality and liquidity in ETFs
- Liquidity Providers and Authorized Participants
- ETF Sales & Trading, Equity Portfolio Sales & Trading, FICC Sales & Trading, and where applicable, Delta One and Equity Derivative Sales & Trading and Prime Brokerage
- Regional and Global Relationship Management teams at banks
- Deliver risk excellence and support the business as a whole through internal and external relationship development
- Collaborate with teams across SSGA and other State Street business divisions to maximize liquidity provider relationships
- Facilitate an understanding of the Americas' SPDR business and its strategy and priorities across key internal partners

- 5+ years of sales, trading, or ETF capital markets experience
- Very strong markets background; you have solid understating of the dynamics that drive capital markets

- You are a good influencer and have strong partnering skill - with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient with Bloomberg, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

This role will be responsible for assisting in our business development efforts with liquidity providers within our US ETF SPDR Capital Markets Group. More specifically, this individual will help manage our Tier 1 bank broker dealer and market making relationships, identifying opportunities to align on business priorities and increase the use of SPDR ETFs. This individual will engage with various trading desks to garner support and drive value for the SPDR business.
