    Job Summary

    The ERP Support Coordinator is responsible for providing operational and administrative support for the Odoo ERP system.

    This role involves coordinating tasks, supporting end-users, managing system configurations, and contributing to ERP projects to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the ERP ecosystem within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide first-level support for Odoo ERP users, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
    Coordinate with project teams to support ERP implementation and integration projects, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
    Manage and configure Odoo ERP modules according to project requirements and business needs.
    Document system configurations, user instructions, and troubleshooting guides to improve system understanding and facilitate knowledge sharing.

    Monitor ERP system performance, reporting any anomalies or issues to the IT department or Level II support for further investigation.

    Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and define system requirements, enhancements, and customizations.
    Assist in training sessions for end-users, helping them to effectively utilize the ERP system.
    Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to Level II support.
    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    TECHNICAL SKILLS & ABILITIES

    Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Odoo, including configuration, customization, and support.
    Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ERP applications.
    Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides related to ERP systems.
    Familiarity with productivity software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with scripting and automation tools.
    Excellent communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team, with a knack for fostering teamwork.
    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in a high-pressure environment.

    Education & Experience

    Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    1-3 years of experience in ERP support, with specific experience in Odoo ERP being highly desirable.
    Experience with various technologies relevant to ERP systems management and integration.

    Requirements

    Must be at least 21 years of age.
    Must be able to travel 25% of the time.
