    No matter where you are or how you express yourself, it's always the fastest way to share a moment We're looking for a Analyst Manager to join Snap Inc Working closely with the Sales team, you will be tasked with helping us deliver better campaigns through category-specific insights and learnings.

    In this role, you'll collaborate with Sales, Creative Strategy, Measurement and Product Solutions to ensure our campaigns are running optimally and constantly adapting to new findings.


    What you'll do:


    Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and senior analysts, including setting clear goals, managing project loads, and ensuring their professional growth.

    Work with Account Management Leadership to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and campaign performance through automation or macro level data/insightsIdentify performance trends at the category and vertical levels, then work with cross functional groups including business marketing, creative strategy, data science and measurement science to drive adoption of best practices and provide feedback for improvement in our toolingFunction as a thought leader, offering macro trends and insights to inform or strengthen Snap's in-market pitchDevelop senior level relationships with external data analysts and or measurement roles within key clients and agency partnersLead projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)

    Develop and refine day-to-day operations and strategic prioritizationEnsure that the Analyst team is set up for success through detailed training, resources, and thought leadershipOversee tool development and rollout strategy, ensuring ideal use cases and best practices are broadly adoptedMaintain expert level knowledge of Snap's data and analytics tooling ecosystem (Looker, Mercury, etc.); engage respective teams to advocate for features that improve efficiency or deepen insightsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    Data driven and analytical mindsetStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong public speaking and presentation skillsAbility to work in an agile, dynamic environmentAbility to use tech to improve work-flows and create efficiencies

    Minimum Qualifications:
    BS/BA degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics or Business or equivalent years of experience10+ years of experience as a data analyst using SQL regularly1+ years of experience as a manager

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Msc in Analytics, Statistics, Economics or BusinessExperience as a data scientist and/or managing a data teamExperience in the digital media spaceA passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad products"Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc.

    The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
    Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):The base salary range for this position is $138,000-$207,000 annually

    Zone B:
    The base salary range for this position is $131,000-$197,000 annually

    Zone C:
    The base salary range for this position is $117,000-$176,000 annually.
    This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
