This data centric role focuses on a dedicated global client and will be responsible for supporting a suite of business travel reporting tools and products to produce executive level presentations.

The role is responsible for measuring business performance and uncovering information insights to support Client strategies.


The position will develop and deliver business performance reporting, improve data integrity and management, and build analytics to help the client team evaluate and drive business performance, savings and program compliance.

Location:
Preferred NYC tri-state area but open to discuss virtual within US. Depending on location, would be in client site 2-3 days per week but that is negotiable.


What You'll Do:

  • Deliver key reporting to the Client and Client Management organizations, provisioning reports that assess performance against shareholder, spend and compliance goals as wells as ongoing measurement of performance against plan targets
  • Monthly preparation of tracking scorecards/dashboards and snapshots, with data validations, analysis, and distribution
  • Maintain snapshot records, including hierarchy, and warehousing of all key data records and performance reports
  • Develop processes to source and track all key inputs from multiple data sources including some that are client internal tools.
  • Management of all field inquiries, with ongoing standard and adhoc reporting to analyze trends and measure field performance
  • Assist in the identification of key metrics that drives sales and ensure those metrics are being gathered, analyzed and reported on
  • Develop strategies & processes to drive data governance, increase automation and accuracy, & implement quality controls
  • Build and maintain SOP documentation for all processes
  • Provide backup support to peers

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid experience in a business analyst role that requires a consultative approach
  • 2+ year's professional experience developing data driven business analytics
  • Proficient in use of the computer and software packages such as MS Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
  • Shown project management and time management skills and experience in handling several projects simultaneously
  • Strong data analysis background, ability to integrate data, correlate and find data trends, must be analytical
  • Experience working with internal clients at various levels of the organization with an ability to communicate clearly and develop relationships with business partners
  • Demonstrable ability to work creatively and analytically to tackle problems with demonstrated ability to translate business needs or requests into insightful analytics
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with demonstrated experience in quantitative and analytical skills and creativity in developing reporting solutions
  • Strong process management orientation with a proven ability to deliver results
  • Strong analytical, financial, written, and communication skills
  • Able to have flexible work hours to support project across multiple time zones
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global teams
  • Travel or financial services industry experience is a plus
  • GDS skills/knowledge is a plus
