    Lucid Bots is a pioneering manufacturer in the robotic technology sector, specializing in exterior maintenance solutions. Our cutting-edge products, including the Sherpa drone and Lavo Bot, cater to clients across various industries, such as Jan/san, education, pressure washing, attraction and hospitality, healthcare, industrial, BSC & Property management, and retail. Our mission is to revolutionize exterior maintenance through innovation, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, growth, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

    Role Overview:

    The VP of Sales at Lucid Bots is a key strategic leadership role crucial for driving the company's revenue growth and market expansion. This position demands a dynamic individual who can strategize and execute ambitious sales initiatives to ensure Lucid Bots remains at the forefront of the industry. Reporting directly to the COO, the VP of Sales, will impact the company's strategic direction, operational efficiency, and overall success.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Leadership: Spearhead developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to increase revenue and market share significantly.
    2. Team Growth and Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Foster an environment of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    3. Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive business growth. Leverage industry trends and market intelligence to position Lucid Bots as a market leader.
    4. Sales Execution Excellence: Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds ambitious sales targets through effective planning, execution, and performance management.
    5. Collaborative Integration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing strategies.
    6. Customer and Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, enhancing Lucid Bots' brand visibility and market penetration.
    7. Travel Requirement: Up to 50%

    Qualifications:

    1. Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent is highly preferred. At least 8-10 years of relevant sales experience, including substantial leadership roles, ideally within the robotic technology sector or industrial, Jan/San, hospitality, or closely related industries. Selling hardware or physical products will be important.
    2. Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, achieving and surpassing sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
    3. Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of robotic technologies and their application in maintenance and cleaning, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in Lucid Bots' target industries.
    4. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in utilizing CRM and sales automation tools is essential, as is familiarity with inbound and outbound sales strategies, including the flywheel model and in-person events.
    5. Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to communicate, negotiate, and build relationships-the capacity to articulate complex product value propositions to a diverse range of clients and partners.
    6. Strategic Thinker: A visionary leader with a strategic mindset, capable of identifying growth opportunities, navigating market complexities, and aligning sales strategies with company goals.
