    Job Summary:
    As an Automotive Sales Consultant
    • Subaru at Michael Hohl Automotive Group, you will be responsible for selling Subaru vehicles and providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers.
    This is a full-time, commission-only role in the auto industry located in Carson City, Nevada.

    This is an individual contributor role, where you will have the opportunity to drive your own success and be rewarded for your hard work.


    Compensation & Benefits:
    This is a commission-only position with an uncapped earning potential.

    In addition to your sales commission, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, and retirement savings plans.

    You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills as a sales consultant.


    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct sales presentations to showcase Subaru vehicles and their features to potential customers.
    • Listen to customer needs and preferences to match them with the right vehicle and provide a superior customer experience.
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
    • Prospect and follow up with potential customers through various sales channels, including phone, email, and inperson interactions.
    • Stay uptodate on current product knowledge and actively participate in training and development programs.
    • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the finance and insurance team to provide customers with financing and insurance options.
    • Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of vehicles in the dealership.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 12 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
