    About the Opportunity:

    • Solar Sales Consultant:

    Are you a proactive go-getter with a flair for sales looking for an opportunity with limitless potential? We are on the hunt for a door-to-door Solar Sales Consultant to take part in our vibrant team and contribute to acquiring new customers within the Reno residential market.

    Responsibilities:

    • Educate potential customers on the advantages of solar energy through door-to-door visits.
    • Participate in bi-weekly meetings to engage with the team.
    • Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets through weekly key performance indicators.
    • Participate in training sessions to refine sales skills and enhance solar knowledge.
    • Handle customer accounts promptly and professionally.
    • Perform any other duties delegated by team leaders.

    Requirements:

    • Flexible availability including evenings and Saturdays if needed.
    • Full-time position with a flexible schedule (Tuesday-Saturday, preferred).
    • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
    • Access to reliable transportation and a smartphone (IOS preferred).

    • Positive attitude and strong dedication to work.
    • Open to coaching and self-driven.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve or exceed sales targets.
    • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
    • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Resourcefulness, multitasking skills, problem-solving abilities, and prioritization capabilities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1+ years of experience in industries like Home Security Sales, Satellite TV Sales, Pest Control Sales, Home Automation/Smart Home Sales, or Direct Sales. Background in sales or solar industry is a plus.
