    This role is 100% outside advertising sales, home-based, 1099 contracted, and offers:

    • Double commission payout in first 90 days
    • Uncapped commissions

    This contractor position requires both phone and in-person sales skills (phone to set appointments, in-person to close). As a Community Marketing Executive, you will sell consultative advertising including direct mail, digital marketing, and social media programs within your local market.
    We have successful Community Marketing Executives (Sales Representatives) from various backgrounds such as:
    • PTA/Volunteers
    • Fundraising
    • Stay at Home Moms Returning to the Workforce
    • Teachers/Educators
    • Business Owners
    • Retired Professionals
    • Multi-level marketing
    • Outside Sales Representatives
    Our successful representatives agree that their compensation is commission-only and is directly proportional to the amount of hard work they put in day to day.
    All positions are contingent upon receipt of satisfactory references, passing MVR-motor vehicle reports, valid driver's license, and motor vehicle insurance.
    Physical and Other Requirements
    • Be able to work independently with company support.
    • Extended periods of standing or sitting.
    • Ability to transport marketing materials less than 10 lbs.
    • Constant movement required to visit local businesses for appointments at various locations.
    • Frequent operation of computer-related equipment and software, including but not limited to laptops, keyboards, headsets, microphones, printers, scanners, tablets, cell phones, CRM software, use of email, and video conferencing tools.
    • Automobile driving and the ability to recognize and safely avoid hazardous situations on the road while operating a motor vehicle.
    • Must pass an MVR or motor vehicle background check
    Estimated Income
    • Between $30,000 and $60,000 annual

    We are looking for dynamic individuals with experience selling to local small businesses to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives or Community Marketing Executives (CME).

    The Community Marketing Executive is an independent contractor, commission-only position. It offers UNLIMITED income potential You work a flexible schedule from home and out in the field in your local territory. You will sell consultative advertising including Direct Mail, Digital Marketing, and Online Media programs within your local market.

    The CME Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation – Identify potential clients through different sources, such as but not limited to cold calls, emails, networking, or door-pulling.
    • Sales Consultations – Align value propositions with customer pain points to sell product/service presenting a tailored marketing solution.
    • Relationship Building – Cultivate strong connections with local businesses and stay in contact with customers, recommending new products and services that may interest them.
    • Market Insights – Stay informed about local trends and competition.
    • Effective Communication – Maintain accurate sales activity records, collaborate with your team leader, and create successful sales.
    • Work independently from the comfort of your own home and out on the field in your assigned local community or territory within your city and state.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling to small businesses or a related field
    • 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience is preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to function well in fast-paced environments
    • Computer literacy and proficiency: video conferencing (Zoom), Gmail, GSuite, Electronic signature, and CRM use.
    • Valid Driver's License, Motor Vehicle Insurance and passing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Background check
    • Agree that compensation is commission-only and based on sales results
