To strengthen our Customer & Market Intelligence (CMI) team, we are looking for support. Our CMI team offers data-based, analytical, and strategic services that are used by various internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for requirements management, selection, and implementation of a company-wide CRM system in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Creation of system documentation and continuous support and prioritization of (agile) development of the CRM system through new features and system integrations in consultation with stakeholders
  • Continuous optimization of internal CRM processes and ensuring data and insights for other systems and teams such as marketing, eCommerce, or guest services
  • Preparation of KPIs, creation of reports and analyses on customer structure and behavior, and derivation of recommendations for action
  • Support in segmenting customer data and profiles in exchange with various data recipients
