    **Description**

    Position Title: Order Processing Specialist

    Location: Denver, CO

    Key Responsibilities:

    Interact with and take orders directly from customers on the phone, in-person and via e-mail

    Input and create orders in our ERP system

    Route delivery tickets to the appropriate warehouse

    Invoice and finalize delivered orders

    Take other customer calls as needed

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    2+ years of Customer Service or Order Entry experience

    PDI Experience a plus

    High school diploma required

    Must have a strong work ethic

    Must be well organized and a self-starter

    Must be able to follow standard filing procedures

    Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable

    Proficient 10-key by touch

    Possess strong organizational and time management skills

    Proven skills in:

    problem solving

    note-taking

    research and resolution

    multi-tasking

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
