    Description

    The Benefits & Compensation Manager will manage the design, implementation, administration, and compliance aspects of the company's compensation and health & welfare programs for our global teams. S/he will partner with senior management to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are rewarding, competitive, support the organizations' business objectives and meet all legal requirements. A successful incumbent will take a proactive approach at leading program and systems implementations that are large in scope and works to resolve unique, complex or critical issues.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • and maintain a competitive, holistic compensation and benefits philosophy for all associates.
    • with HR Team to audit ADP services & setup and implement module enhancements around benefits and compensation as appropriate.
    • strategic vision, support and administration for employee programs and processes, including but not limited to health and welfare programs, 401k plan administration, compensation administration,payroll and tax administration.
    • with consultants on annual benefit renewals globally, which includes, assisting in negotiating and implementing healthcare and related benefit plans.
    • with HR team and external consultants on annual open enrollment process and communications.
    • benefit plans and ensure compliance.
    • as the HR resource for the company's benefits and leave plans.
    • as liaison to the outsourced vendors on the administration of the employee programs. Oversees vendor contracts and recommends changes to improve operations/functionality or reduce costs.
    • and manage the organization's annual merit and incentive planning cycle, through ADP.
    • and maintain organization-wide base salary structure through analyzing roles and levels vs benchmarks and in alignment with a Total Rewards philosophy.
    • and consult with HR Business Partner(s) and Recruiting Leader to develop competitive offers, based on internal and external market competitiveness, FLSA classification, and alignment with internal corporate structure.
    • with Compensation Review Board to design and create dynamic annual incentive programs for associates. Assist in annual audits and recommend changes as appropriate based on performance and business goals. Assist in plan documentation and communication to associates.

    Nice to have:

    • and supervise the organizations' global payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
    • with HR Generalist to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hours laws.

    Education and Experience:

    • degree in business, Human Resources, or related field or 6-8 years of progressive experience that includes benefits administration, HRIS, andpayroll. (Payroll is nice to have)
    • or SHRM-CP preferred.
    • knowledge of applicable state and federal laws regarding benefits and payroll.
    • in Microsoft Excel and the ability to perform complex formulas and calculations and analyze data.
