    We set you up for success: After comprehensive training, Field Support Specialists assist franchisees, company stores, and Franchise Performance Team operations.

    Their duties involve managing inventories, conducting route surveys, and providing sales and service on designated routes.

    Field Support Specialists receive full support from Snap-on management and are regularly assessed for advancement within the organization.

    With commendable performance, they often progress swiftly through varying roles in field sales. We appreciate diverse educational and experiential backgrounds.


    Your Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
    • Ability to understand and follow procedures
    • Desire to build and maintain relationships
    • Outstanding customer service aptitude
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Passion for sales and tools
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Valid state driver's license with a clean record
