    Role Overview

    The Trade Support Specialist role focuses on ensuring accuracy and efficiency in trade processing for the company and its advisors. This position involves resolving trade-related inquiries, maintaining training materials, and supporting advisors in understanding trading operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Resolve issues with internal and external teams
    • Develop and update procedure documentation in collaboration with teams
    • Provide training on Partner trade operations
    • Assist Partners in transitioning and understanding trade processes
    • Other duties related to trading and investment operations
    • Offer guidance to advisors on trading best practices and issue resolution

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
    • Willingness to learn new technology
    • Familiarity with trade operations and custodial platforms
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Customer-centric attitude with a sense of urgency

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
    • 2-3 years of experience in operations or trade, preferably in an investment advisory firm
    • FINRA Series 7 certification is a plus
    • Experience with Orion and Salesforce preferred
